We will endeavor to reply your inquiries as soon as possible, at any time of the day. However, we will be most active during office hours, 9am – 5pm (GMT +8), Mondays to Fridays. 

Right now, our condoms can only be purchased and distributed in Malaysia. Our wound dressings are currently available in Malaysia, USA and will soon be in Europe. We are working hard to ensure our products conform with the rigorous standards required in each country, so we can bring you a safe and sensational product!

If the defect presented itself during use of the product, visit your general practitioner or medical practitioner immediately to rectify any issues. 

Our products are made from polyurethane, which should be inert. However, if you feel any discomfort when using our products, please see your general practitioner or medical practitioner immediately.
